Terms of Service — Hetu Growth Engine

Effective date: 11 September 2026. These terms govern use of Hetu Growth Engine, a business marketing-management service operated by Hetu Softworks. By connecting an account or using the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation and accept these terms.

Client ownership and account access

Clients keep ownership of their advertising, analytics, social and local-business assets. Hetu receives manager, partner or OAuth access only after an authorised client representative grants it. The client may revoke that access through the Growth Engine or the provider. Revocation stops future access but does not reverse an action the client previously authorised and the provider already completed.

Authorised use and approvals

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and grant only permissions you are entitled to grant. Account actions follow the client's configured approval policy. Publishing, campaign changes and spending remain subject to the authority and budget limits recorded for that client. Hetu may refuse an instruction that is unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, outside the granted permissions or inconsistent with a provider's rules.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta and other connected services are independent third-party platforms with their own terms, policies, availability and review processes. Hetu cannot guarantee approval, delivery, ranking, reach, advertising results or uninterrupted access to a third-party service. The client remains responsible for the truth and legality of its business claims, offers, media and instructions.

Service, fees and materials

The applicable proposal, order or subscription states the enabled services, fees and limits. Advertising spend and third-party charges are separate unless that document expressly says otherwise. Rights in client-supplied names, marks, photographs and account data remain with the client. Rights in final materials prepared for a client follow the applicable written engagement, subject to third-party licences and platform rules.

Suspension and termination

A client may end the service or revoke connected-account access subject to its written engagement. Hetu may suspend access needed to protect an account, investigate misuse, comply with law or provider policy, or address non-payment. On termination, client-owned platform assets remain with the client. Connected Google data is retained and deleted as stated in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, provider requirements or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably possible. Questions may be sent to founder@hetuhq.com. Personal-data handling is described separately in the Hetu Growth Engine Privacy Policy.
